
Admissions Process
We want your admissions process to be smooth from your first phone call to our offices to becoming part of our inclusive, faith-based community. We value each member of the Cardinal Lacroix Academy family, along with the child, so we can come to know and support you as your children learn and grow. Along with tours and shadow days, we can hold meet-and-greets with teachers and orientations with our business manager and principal.

Step 1
COME MEET US
Families are welcomed to schedule tours, meet our staff and principal and students can shadow our current students for a day to experience life at Cardinal Lacroix Academy. Tours are available throughout the school year. Simply fill out the form below and we will email or call you within 24 hours.

Cardinal Lacroix Academy Admissions
Welcome to Cardinal Lacroix Academy! We look forward to providing your child with a Catholic education that will benefit your child throughout life!
In order for your enrollment to be complete, please submit the following:

Enrollment fee. This is non-refundable and can be paid by cash or check made payable to Cardinal Lacroix Academy:
$300 per family

Student Application Form*

Request for Student Academic Records Form (Grades 1-6)

Copy of educational plan or class modifications, e.g. IEP or 504 (if applicable)

Home Language Survey

Birth Certificate (copy)

Immunization record & physical exam form (most recent, less than one year ago)

Catholic Baptism Certificate (copy) (if applicable)

Custody court documents (if applicable)
All students will be screened as part of the enrollment process. Once your student(s) is accepted, you will receive a Tuition Agreement.
